Sacramento is home to several professional sports teams. The National Basketball Association's Sacramento Kings play at the Golden 1 Center downtown. When it comes to America's pastime, the Sacramento River Cats serve as the AAA affiliate for the San Francisco Giants, playing at Sutter Health Park. Soccer is also big in Sacramento with the United Soccer League's Sacramento Republic FC drawing crowds as it eyes potential membership in Major League Soccer while playing at Heart Health Park.
